FAQ Section
DEPOSIT: Deposit is due at the time of booking by PayPal. Invoice is sent immediately and I allow 24 hours for it to be paid before cancelling the invoice and cancelling the scheduled session. If you repeatedly schedule and fail to pay deposit I will no longer schedule you after the third time. Deposit is non-refundable. Any
cancellations will be credited towards
a future session. Credits are good until
the end of each year. In the event you
do need your deposit back and feel that you
no longer want to book
with More Than A Memory Photography
your deposit will be refunded. All refunded
deposits are returned in the amount paid to
me. Paypal takes out fees each time a payment
is made. For example a $20 deposit is $19.12
for me. Returned deposit would be the amount
paid to me ($19.12)since all fees are
waived from clients end in the beginning
as a courtesy.
FINAL BALANCE: Balance is due at the beginning of your session. This can be paid with cash or check only. I do not accept final balances paid by PayPal. Any other payments towards a session will be charged the PayPal fee each time. I do not keep change with me so cash must be exact and if check please make to Maegan Williams.
CANCELLATIONS: All sessions that cancel must do so with 24 hours’ notice unless it is in an emergency situation. Deposit will not transfer if session is cancelled with little to no notice. Anyone that NO SHOWS to a session will no longer be scheduled with More Than A Memory Photography and that deposit will be compensation for time wasted.
LATE TO SESSION: Being late WILL affect the number of images that you will receive with your package. Appointments are often times scheduled back to back with no gaps so I can’t shoot past the scheduled time due to this. Packages can’t be adjusted to a smaller package due to you being late. After ten minutes of waiting session will be cancelled and deposit paid will be used as compensation for time wasted.
EDIT TIME: All regular sessions will take 2 weeks to edit. Sneak peaks will be posted within 7 days of shoot. Sessions are deleted after 60 days.
DISC INFO: Discs can be picked up any time after completion at the studio. Extra discs are $5. A message will be sent to you letting you know when disc is mailed. I ask that you allow 10-12 days for disc to arrive once mailed. It rarely takes this long but during busy holidays it can take the extra time. There will be a disc fee of $5 if another disc is made prior to the 12 day mark.
CREDITS: All credits for transferred deposits or referral credits during the year must be used by December 31st of that year.
PRINT ORDERS: All print orders must be turned in no more than 30 days after you receive them. Photos will be deleted after the 60 day mark. Print orders take up to two weeks to arrive. All print orders must be picked up at studio unless other delivery is arranged. I do not mail print orders to prevent damage that is out of my control. Multiple orders are mailed at once so they can’t be separated to mail to each client.
STUDIO SESSIONS: Studio is in the FRONT so please use the FRONT DOOR ONLY. I DO NOT have a public restroom. I ask that outfits and props not have glitter on them. No drinks or food are allowed in studio. ADDRESS:75 Barksdale Road, Attalla, 35954
